We have had challenging conversations around what was promised and agreed, and what was delivered after the purchase money had been handed over. Flagging up the differences only meets a blank or aggression. Was wondering if others have experienced similar?
We couldn't agree more. It's pretty obvious that Henry and the Board have no intentions of spending money on the site and are only interested in offloading the site to anyone who will buy it. Meanwhile the residents' suffer.

It is the off site management that is the problem. Absentee landlords at their best. We have been promised better street lighting since we arrived. This winter we had NO street light in parts of Grosvenor, with an elderly population this is just not good enough. You also have the vulnerability of female residents under these conditions. The management of course will hide behind the Covid scenario. What would they have done without it? They would have had to put their hands in their pockets and paid for it to be fixed. The problem existed long before Covid reared it's ugly head, yet they failed miserably under various owners to tackle and fix the problem. Other ongoing problems with pot holes and especially the sewage system are symptomatic of absentee landlord's unwilling to spend a penny to rectify and meet their legal obligations. Compounded by a local council who appear to be inept in every way imaginable, and lacking in meeting their statutory obligations under the laws pertaining to mobile homes.
